Our Returning Policy

1. Eligibility: Returns must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging (including tags and certificates of authenticity for crystal products). Crystal bracelets must be free of scratches, damage, or signs of wear.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please send an email to info@luna-charms.ie with your order number, name, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and detailed return instructions.
3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Exceptions: Custom-made crystal bracelets and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
